The initial call was very quickly but the rest of the interview process dragged out for over a month. Once a job offer was finally given to me, they wanted me to start the following Monday. Received a call from the recruiter and was sent a link to do a video interview via Hirevue. After I submitted my video interview it took about two weeks to be contacted about an in person interview. In person interview consisted of a round robin interview where I met with 5 different managers, finished the interview and was told I would be contacted soon. Waited another week after initial interview and was asked to come back for a follow up interview with two other managers. After that interview waited another week and was finally offered a job, at the same time was told they wanted me to start in 3 days.

Pretty lengthy interview process. Harder than expected - want to be PREPARED. Know your stuff. Expect to explain your answers after every questions - always a question to your response.

I interviewed with 3 different people and they all asked me the same questions -- all were based on my quota attainment. I learned that you are not a person at Domo, you're a number.

First interview is with a recruiter by phone for about 20 minutes. Very typical questions.Why Domo? Why you? etc... if you make it past that interview you will then have a 3 hour in person interview with 1 senior manager and 3 managers. You will spend about an hour with the senior manager and then he will invite 2 more in for another 30 minutes like a panel interview. after that you will meet with another manager (low level) one on one for 20 minutes or so then spend the rest of the time shadowing an ADM in the office who will be asked after you leave if they would enjoy working with you. After the interview you will be contacted by the recruiter within a day or two and if they like you you will then have another phone interview a few days later with the director of sales. it is a short call. basically this call is to offer you the job and let you know they will get you a formal offer. You will not get this interview if you are not getting the job. It is very short. he may ask a little bit about you but will mostly boast about domo and how great it is.
