1hr interview, comfortable and inviting. Very personable interviewer with some good insight into the company process for managers. It seems that the company is good for longevity but requires a pretty up front sacrifice in terms of compensation for the first few months even from those who are well qualified with experience. This might discourage external managers with excellent experience from joining the organization.

Asked about past employment experience and how that translated into future ideas and procedures
Talked with the manager for 30 minutes about the job and the hours and duties of the job and how busy the days get. How coworkers deal with covering shifts and PtO
not organized , not actual communication process and no idea what the position was. Be aware this is not a great start for any company , the team needs to have people that handle this, not the person making pizza.

Pretty easy, make sure to write down notes and your own questions for manager prior. Also make sure to know dominos values. Dress business casual. They do not hire people with felonies.
