The entire interview only lasted about 15 minutes. It seemed like she had already decided to hire me before I even got there. But it was fast and I was able to do the drug test the next day.

Are you comfortable making decisions when the assistant store manager and store manager aren't available?
Asked about retail and customer service experience. Were very concerned about availability and flexibility. Easy questions by the store manager. We were interrupted a couple of times by current employees needing help on the floor.
