Employer talked about the company and its missions.
There were no problem solving questions or scenarios asked.
Gave me the walk around of the store and what roles were available and what they would be doing with responsibilities

Stupid questions that had nothing to do with the position I was applying for. Mostly how to deal with employees stealing. Is the customer always right? How do you feel about hiring & firing? IF you saw me doing something I shouldn't and you know it was against policy how would you handle it?

It was great. Good communication. I acknowledged how I would handle a return or even an irate customer. Guest service is of the most. Customer service is of the essence of a great run store. Have fun and appreciate all customers and help out with anything you can do.
