Telephone Interview and then if they decide to continue a interview Downtown. Finally an interview with the Branch Manager. This way you are able to see the branch you will be working at and a glimpse at who the Branch Manager is you will be working under.

The Interviews were pretty easy. I was asked about my long term goals and about how long I planned to be at the bank.

Met with an interviewer in an office. Talked and answered questions that would normally be in an interview. After interview was done, I left. My interview was done relatively sooner that I expected and perhaps my age, (over 45) had something to do with me getting an email that I wasn't being considered.

Had a call over the phone and then a meeting with HR, and then the branch manager. Everything happened rather quickly and was scheduled via email. I learned a lot about the company through each step.

Entrevista
A very informal and comfortable phone interview followed by a very comfortable in person interview and lastly followed by an in-branch interview. The HR department is very personable and did their best to make me feel comfortable. They incorporated personal questions in between interview questions. The person who interviewed me also gave me tips as i proceeded forward with my interview process at the bank.
