I have applied directly on their website. They called me speak for 30 mins. They send me a test which had 48 hours deadline. I have spent 16 hours to solve it. there was some problem afterwards as they had to stop the process of the hiring due to outbreak of the coronavirus. They have contacted me and explain to me that the mistake was not intentional. So I think they did not have another choice.
