Easy enough, phone screen and then additional interviews. All involved seemed like good, smart people who enjoy their jobs at DocuSign and they genuinely seemed interested in convincing me of that. lol

3 conversations and an offer. I believe the process has changed since I was hired, but it was a very natural, easy and straight forward approach to interviewing, I think there鈥檚 a panel and presentation requirement now.
