After that you go in for an in person interview in which you will talk with a couple team leads. Then do your 10/15 minute mock phone call then meet with the sales manager. With the mock call, ask identifying questions, make a recommendation, assume the sales and pinpoint the other companies needs for docusign. I did really well with the team leads and mock call but the sales manager did not like me. I think he felt I was over qualified for the position and would leave in a couple months for a better opportunity. It's base plus commission.
