Entrevista
Thorough but casual. Four or five rounds of discussions. All discussions were held virtually via zoom over the span of two to three weeks. Turn around time on the offer was fast.

Entrevista
- 1/2 interview with recruiter
- 1/2 hour Zoom interview hiring manager
- 60 min Zoom interview with hiring manager and another team member
-30 min interview Zoom interview with Sr. Stakeholder (assume this was a tiebreaker?)
For the 60 min Zoom
- Bring 2-3 items that represent work your most proud of. (Without a formal presentation.)
- Set up the context for each project you implemented, the rationale behind it, impact to the business, how you worked with the team to produce it.
The Sr. Stakeholder tiebreaker: Further discussion about background and programmatic approach.
The hiring manager was terrific. I was a bit surprised an offer wasn’t made given our rapport and the ways of looking at challenges.
The Sr. Stakeholder - he was the head of the org that had once included the team I was applying to be on. I didn’t get much substance from him and felt his questions were robotic and missed the mark.

What would be your mission statement for the operations team? (A Sr. Stakeholder gem of a question.)
