First, my frustration here is not with not getting an offer. Of course I would have loved to, but I understand there are so many people going for one position.
My frustration comes from how the process was handled. Received an email that they wanted to interview me, updated availability, recruiter emailed back to set up a time. Was ready to go at that time, no call. I emailed the recruiter, she apologized, and we rescheduled. Totally fine, things happen. Ready to go a second time, no call. Emailed again, no apology, just asked to do it at another time. Already, red flags, but I decided to give it another shot. She actually called me at the now THIRD scheduled interview time, was rushed, seemed disinterested, asked surface level questions, and didn't allow me to ask any real questions about the position/company.
I know HR/recruiters are busy. But we, on the other side of the phone, are busy and humans too. Treat us like one! Don't forget to call me twice for an interview, with very little apology, and then sound like this is a waste of your time. Extremely disappointed in how I was treated.

Long process with slow responses. Recruiter screen, same org member interview, hiring manager and then team group interview. The recruiters are slow to respond and I was led on the entire process.
