There were multiple recruiters involved in the process, and communication was a little muddled and slow. The technical assessment was a few small tasks to complete at home and then a subsequent interview to explain your solutions and explore a bit deeper.

I applied online after a referral. Initially I had a phone screen interview followed by a technical assessment and lastly, a few zoom meetings with the role’s manager , department directors, and some of the team members. All of my interactions were great with everyone from the the beginning. There was constant communication on the process and next steps and what to expect. My recruiter Cecilia Ashworth kept me up to date throughout the entire process. It was probably one of the best if not the best interview processes I have gone through. I applied back around June and unfortunately didn’t make it the first time but Cecillia stated they wanted to stay in contact for any other opportunities that may come and and sure enough once it did, she contacted me.
