1. DocuSign recruiter reached out and we had an initial screening.
2. Call with hiring manager. Call with Director.
After I had the call with the hiring director I was told the fiscal planning wasn't established for the Chicago office and in addition, there were no seats in the Chicago office should they hire me so they weren't pursuing hiring for the position at that time and it was on hold. Would've appreciated to be told this prior to dedicating time (and getting my hopes up) for the role.

Entrevista
This was a very extensive interview process. There were 4 in total and a technical evaluation process. The 1st interview was a 1 on 1 to evaluate if I'd be a good fit for the role. The remaining 3 were peer interviews with personnel within the role I was interviewing for. I very much appreciated this extensive and detailed interview process. The process was well structured and I felt at ease through the entire process.

The primary hurdle to this position was the technical evaluation. Beyond that the questions were customer relationship centric.

Recruiter screen, hiring manager, culture fit, panel interview with management, technical assessment. There were multiple recruiters involved in the process, and communication was a little muddled and slow. The technical assessment was a few small tasks to complete at home and then a subsequent interview to explain your solutions and explore a bit deeper.

Entrevista
I applied online after a referral. Initially I had a phone screen interview followed by a technical assessment and lastly, a few zoom meetings with the role’s manager , department directors, and some of the team members.
All of my interactions were great with everyone from the the beginning. There was constant communication on the process and next steps and what to expect. My recruiter Cecilia Ashworth kept me up to date throughout the entire process. It was probably one of the best if not the best interview processes I have gone through. I applied back around June and unfortunately didn’t make it the first time but Cecillia stated they wanted to stay in contact for any other opportunities that may come and and sure enough once it did, she contacted me. I would absolutely recommend applying here if there is a role that fits you.
