Applied online and contacted by a recruiter the next day to set up a phone screen. Standard questions about background and interest. Next was a 45-min phone interview with the hiring manager. Took the time to give a detailed overview of the role and background, and left plenty of time for questions as well. Next, 1:1 interviews with 4 other members of the team, mostly senior leaders from other departments. All of the interviews felt more like really interesting conversations. Everyone was super nice and took the time to answer my questions as well. Then spoke with the hiring manager again and submitted references, who were all contacted. All in all 6 weeks from application to offer, which probably would have been 5 weeks if not for thanksgiving.
