I had an interview at SpringCM last year. This was a very stressful experience. It was in total 8 hours, where 4 hours were dedicated to addressing concerns about my shy personality and how I should work on my presentation skills. No professional boundaries. The power dynamics were weird and unhealthy. For example, I was told by my interviewer, quote: "to chill". Also, he was telling me that I should take a shot of alcohol before any interview, meditate and, also, change my body language. Additionally, the interviewer was comparing interview to the date, and for me as a young female, it sounded slightly strange. I received a job offer but declined. If you are a woman, I would not recommend you this particular department.
