Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Docusign (Seattle, WA) en abr 2019
Entrevista
The Interview process was very well organized and simple. If you are genuinely interested in becoming part of a paperless revolution, and have the experience to do it, it should be a piece of cake. I had a phone screen where the interview asked me the basic questions like: tell me about yourself, why DocuSign, why sales. I was then moved to an in person interview. My recruiter sent me a template of a PPT presentation which I would present to some of the managers. I would recommend being interactive with your interviewers, this is not a classroom presentation where you speak for 30 minutes. The managers are very relaxed and are genuinely interested in finding out about you and why you want to work at DocuSign. I was given a tour of the office at the interview and 3 days later I received a call with an offer.

Completely seamless fast turnaround time respectful interviewers from HR to manager all treat you well. Even provide you with comments for the interview whether good or bad. These comments then help you in the next stage of the interview. Total three rounds. Fast and pain free.

Uninterested panel interviewers, canned questions after a presentation on background, & experience. If you have years of experience and are not in your 20s, do not waste your time. Ageism is alive and well.

The interview process was really straight forward, first, you will have a phone screening then a fast Zoom interview with 4 managers 15 min each, and the last stage is a presentation + role play.
The interviewers are really helpful through the entire process and I found it to be a really good interviewing process.
