Unfortunately, this process was very poor. I was ghosted by the recruiter THREE times. When he finally did show up for one of our scheduled screening interviews, he was 15 minutes late (I had to email him to remind him again of our interview). With 15 minutes, we were not able to discuss much. He emailed me back that I would not be moving forward the following day.
It was a very poor experience. I had read several reviews about this process being unorganized prior to applying, but I was hoping DocuSign would have improved this process. I have gone through many interview processes in Silicon Valley and this was by far the most unprofessional.
Thank you for sharing this feedback. If you are open to discussing, please email our VP of Talent Acquisition, Nic Jagoe, at Nic.Jagoe@docusign.com. She'd like to learn more.

My experience working with the Recruiter at DocuSign was what really ruined the process for me. As an employee referral, I'd expect at the minimum timely updates. I did not receive any timely updates - had to follow up multiple times on scheduling (1 week to schedule Recruiter screen, and literally another 1.5 week to schedule a Hiring Manager screen), and in the end received an automated rejection message from a no-reply@docusign after what I thought was a great conversation with the Hiring Manager. I had followed up with the Recruiter 2 days prior to the auto rejection email, btw. Please train your Recruiting team on having more empathy with candidates.
We are very sorry to hear of your experience. If you are open to it, our VP of Recruiting, Nic Jagoe, would be interested in hearing more. She can be reached at Nic.Jagoe@docusign.com.
