      I applied to the position and a recruiter reached out to me to get a phone screening scheduled a few weeks later. I promptly replied with my availability, a couple days went by and I heard nothing so I sent another email with my updated availability and the recruiter finally confirmed a time for us to speak several days later. At the time of the scheduled interview, the recruiter did not call so after 5-7 minutes I reached back out asking if the time they confirmed still worked or if they needed to reschedule but heard nothing. Another couple of days went by and I finally heard back from the recruiter asking if we could reschedule (with a weak apology). Again I provided my availability promptly with no reply. Several days passed and I reached out again but still have heard nothing. This whole process has been disrespectful of my time and the recruiter I dealt with was extremely unprofessional. I recommend everyone read the reviews on DocuSign’s interview process and their recruiters on Glassdoor before applying to this organization. After reading other reviews about their lack of respect for quality applicants I would recommend steering clear of this company, which pains me to say as I have always been an advocate and fan of their product.

      Virtual and very good experience overall though they were vague about how many interviews their were a every time I thought I was done they’d schedule two more. Everyone was nice though and it was very conversational.

      Entrevista

      Seamless and enjoyable interview process. Both the lead recruiter and recruiting coordinator were incredibly accessible and transparent about the process and keeping me updated. Entire process took about 2 weeks with 4 calls and one presentation. Everyone I met with was energetic and took the time to understand my background and answer all questions DocuSign! This by far was the most efficient interview process I’ve been a part of.
