Video interview questions via Hirevue app preceded my phone interview. I got an email that said something like DocuSign wants to interview you, download this app and answer some questions in a video format. This was really cool, actually. The app gives you chances to practice and re-record. A few days after my Hirevue app “interview,” a DocuSign recruiter emailed me to schedule a phone interview with hiring manager. Phone interview was scheduled for 30 minutes, we chatted for 55. She was very poker faced but I had a semi-good feeling about it because we spoke at such length. Typically if the interview runs long it indicates they’re interested, at least in my experience. They didn’t call me back though so my skills and everything else weren’t what they were looking for. Oh well. I can’t remember any of the questions but they were all very straightforward. Nothing tricky or complex.
