Pathetic Candidate experience and recruitment team and has no idea on what talent they really want, and do not honor candidates' time. I had my interviews scheduled without preference. Candidate experience unreachable over phone, and barely responds to email. Recruiter goes back and forth on the title. Believe this is India specific,vs other regions

Total 4 rounds, 3 technical 1 HM Overall experience is good, very polite people. First round focused on DSA, second and third focused on system design, fourth is HM round.
