There were multiple layers of interview. C-level, VP/Director, Managers and devs/QAs participated in the interview process. Questions were great. Everyone was very friendly. Conversations were two-sided. Interviewers were OK being asked questions. Their answers were very honest and helpful. With each interview, information about goals, needs, expectations were becoming clearer. Some interviews were long, and to be expected.
