Foram 4 etapas, sendo a primeira com recrutadores terceirizados. As demais etapas foram com o Rh, gerente responsável e coordenador. Todas as etapas com perguntas técnicas sobre o cargo em questão, e dinâmicas da área. Entrevistadores bastante tranquilos, que conseguiram passar bastante tranquilidade nas etapas, clima descontraído, tudo online.

Interview Process:
The hiring process at Doctoralia started with clear salary discussions but quickly became confusing and disorganized.
- Salary Discussion Before the First Interview – I was transparent about my salary expectations, and they even told me exactly how much their budget was for the role. After some negotiation, I gave my final number, and they agreed to move forward.
- First Interview – The recruiter seemed confused about why I applied to the Inside Sales position and repeatedly pushed me toward their Key Account Manager role instead. I had to constantly redirect the conversation to the role I actually applied for.
- Silence for 3-4 Days – No communication, no clarity on next steps.
- Sudden Rejection with Weak Justification – After the unexplained silence, they rejected me, saying they preferred candidates with experience closing sales in one call rather than longer sales cycles. However, my sales experience perfectly aligned with the role, as selling software and consultancy for enterprise companies naturally involves different sales cycles depending on the product and client.
- Weeks Later, They Reopened the Same Role – Despite rejecting me and claiming to have found other candidates better suited for the position, they reopened the recruitment process for the exact same role just a few weeks later. This makes their rejection reasoning even more questionable.
About the Process:
- Contradictory Hiring Decisions – They agreed to my salary expectations but then rejected me for a reason that didn’t make sense given my experience.
- Trying to Push Me Into Another Role – Instead of focusing on the position I applied for, they spent the interview trying to persuade me to apply for another job.
- Lack of Clarity & Delayed Rejection – The hiring process dragged out with days of silence before a sudden rejection.
- Reopening the Same Role Shortly After Rejecting Me – If my profile wasn’t a fit, why reopen the role instead of hiring one of the supposedly “better-suited” candidates?
Pros:
- The company has a strong market presence.
- The recruiter was friendly despite the confusing process.

Entrevista
Entrevista com a RH foi muito tranquila, mas ao passar pela entrevista com a liderança deixou muito a desejar. Enviaram um material pra que fosse apresentado com excelência a liderança o processo de venda do serviço da doctoralia, sem a gente ter nenhuma noção de como é feito o processo de atendimento. Eles falam que vão analisar a técnica de venda em si, mas é tudo mentira, foi uma das piores experiências que eu tive de um processo seletivo, e confirmo com o que tenho lido agora nas avaliações dela aqui no glassdoor
