My advice: avoid this company as they don't really care about candidates.. and by extension, they're probably going to treat you as expendable if you do get in.
Reason being, and as another person mentioned, they don't regard you enough to give you an answer after you have interviewed. Literally, they will ignore you.
I have had many interviews throughout my career and DoctorLink is the only one that has ever behaved in this weird and unprofessional manner.
Not once, but twice!
I have had two interviews with them. First in 2017 and most recently in December 2019. Both times, they completely ignored me after the interview process had finished. To be clear, this is not even asking for feedback but for a yes/no on whether a hiring decision has been made. I think that is just basic HR that should be natural and non negotiable to provide, given the time that candidates invest.
If you're still interested in this place, with regards to my most recent experience:
1. Initial phone call with CTO
2. Offline tech test to complete and send over
3. Face to face with principle and senior developer, going over the test code and asked some technical questions
But seriously, don't bother. Unprofessional and they don't care about their negative reputation, since they're happy to ignore you. I never write reviews but due to the frustrating experience I have had, I was compelled to let you all know.
