Initial recruiter screening interview - pretty conversational / get to know you.
Hiring manager interview - Honestly was kinda shocked the manager was in a management role - extremely low energy on the call - wanted very specific info / metrics but did not ask good questions to get that info out. Kept saying how they were confused or not understanding. Zero behavioral or situational questions, and no questions related to the company or values. Overall seemed to be a general lack of care and empathy for the individual and got the sense this is the type of place that is going to churn and burn reps. Wasn't truthful when asked why the role was open (last person obviously fired / at minimum put on a PIP). Heavy emphasis on needing technical skills. Pay is well below market value for experience they require. Wouldn't recommend.

Do you use a specific sales methodology or framework?
Open role, not actually hiring. Classic example of a company that hires people with no idea what's going on. My questions were avoided about product and technology were avoided by sales leader.

Total of 9 interviews. The communication was poor throughout the entire process was with many prolonged periods of complete radio silence. I had 1 face to face interview and 8 separate telephone interviews with key people throughout the US and EMEA.
