I had the worst candidate experience ever with Docker.
I was first interviewed by one recruiter for a phone screen and was told that I'd be a good fit for the Hiring Manager. I didn't hear back from that recruiter for more than a week, and was then contacted by a different recruiter to schedule next steps (no acknowledgement of the first recruiter ghosting my follow up emails). That second recruiter worked with me for the rest of the interview process, and when I finished all 4 rounds, the first recruiter came back into the picture. I was told that they liked me, but there are no more open BDR positions at the company as they've already sent out offers to other candidates that were interviewing (nice pipeline management).
I was told that there could be some new BDR positions opening up at the beginning of the year. I waited until the end of the week when I was told that I'd hear back from them before sending a follow up email. The first recruiter ghosted me again. I tried once more afterwards about two weeks later to see if I could get in touch and still no response.
I spent more than 2 months in the Docker interview process and they just completely ghosted me. I'm absolutely shocked to have been treated this way by a well-known company.
