The team was really excited about me as a prospect, after my first round of interviews they couldn't wait to get me in the door and have a face-to-face conversation with me. They wanted me to come in the next day. I asked them to push it to the following day, as I had a family commitment. A few hours later, they told me they decided to move forward with someone else. Didn't even give me the chance to meet with them in person. Screamed of desperation. Not impressed. I won't consider them in the future.
