It was professional and there were actually 2 interviews to the process. Upon hiring the on boarding process takes about 2 days of videos and test. The training to the "Dixie" way is no existent and changes on a daily basis. It is a fun work environment and some great employees that work there.

Was interviewed by the GM, GSM, and HR Director-at the same time. Seemed a bit intimidating at the time. I answered all questions truthfully. They were almost a bit insulting. I thought it went terribly, but they called me back a few days later, and offered me the worst pay plan I have ever seen.
