The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. Firstly he will directly schedule the interviews without even asking the candidate. Very irresponsible recruiter I have ever seen. Post the interview schedule, the interviewer did not even join the call after 15 min, I reached out to the recruiter and he said the interviewer went out for Diwali. Such an irresponsible behavior. After two days, round 1 is again scheduled. This time the interviewer asked very easy questions and I answered both questions with proper explanations. The Interviewer didn't even follow the approach that I am explaining as he was very busy watching and enjoying the IND vs NZL cricket match. After multiple follow-ups, the recruiter said they were not proceeding to further rounds without any proper feedback. First recruiter himself schedules the interview without even consulting either the candidate or the interviewer and once it's scheduled, such irresponsible behaviour from both interviewer and recruiter. Don't waste your time interviewing with the company.

After a few rounds, they kept silence for several weeks and then took another final 4th round. All interview was good especially the technical one. Looks like that in tech rounds, the interviewer just wanted to hear the solution he has throught of for any problem and it will disturb him if you suggest a better approach.
