The interview process was standard with a phone screen and then a face-to-face interview onsite. Could tell that the interview team did their research on me based on questions and comments throughout the process. Was a very comfortable environment and was more like a conversation verses a question and answer session. Made me feel very comfortable. Was also provided a tour of the facility so I could see more of the business.
