HR reached me from LinkedIn, they send a challenge based on your stack. The challenge itself is a multiple choice and two hackerrank kind of problem. They expect you to solve not only the multiple choice but TWO algorithm problems in 50 minutes ( Yes you need to do all in that time). You need to do those challenges on a platform you don't know and don't have a linter or formatter or anything. It has a little search box for use google that you can barely read anything because of the size. They don't pay attention to the code itself, you can't even copy the code on VS code apply format and copy back again because they won't even notice what really changed and you will be dropped because the platform has an anti-copy-and-paste mechanism. So basically they only care about the unit test applied to the code itself on that platform. The HR person was kind and replied fast.
Pretty straighforward and agile. From the first call to the job offer in 5 days.
Calls never laster more than an hour, and the interviewers where pretty approachable, hardly talked about technical topics and more of the challenges i had faced, how I approached them and what did I learnt from them
