the process took 2.5 weeks. interview were 2 parts: onsite interview and phone screen with test engineer(s). a lot of technical questions related to automation tools itself and technology questions (since product require deep knowledge of internet protocols and how it works together). everybody was highly competent, clearly knowledgeable in their area of expertise.
