The interview was conducted in a professional yet friendly manner. The initial segment was focused on my motivations, expectations, and career goals. The subsequent part centered around assessing my technical knowledge relevant to the job role. In conclusion, the overall experience was both insightful and positive.

First, a short presentation of the company, its products, and its structure was given. The interviewers introduced themselves. Then, I was asked to tell about myself in free form. A few general questions followed, for example, why I am applying for the position and why I am interested in this specific company. Based on my current work tasks and experiences, I was asked more detailed questions regarding these. I was also asked to demonstrate my knowledge of the subject in practice by creating and explaining a nanofabrication process plan. I liked to have a challenge that could in practice describe the level of my knowledge. The interviewers were also helping along the way. The questions that I asked during the interview were all answered explicitly. Despite feeling a bit nervous in the beginning, the interviewers' friendly disposition gave me a confidence boost so that I could concentrate and do my best.
