Disorganized, disrespectful, and an utter waste of my time and talent.
Allow me to explain:
I was sourced by a recruiter, who was great in answering my questions and getting me promptly scheduled with the hiring manager.
The day of my first interview, the hiring manager arrived late and offered no apology. She seemed oblivious to many things about her own company, which instilled ZERO confidence in me as a potential employee.
After the interview, she told me when and how I would hear about next steps. It's now been 3+ months, and I've not heard another word out of the company at all.
If I am not a fit, send me a rejection email... please don't ghost me.
Unprofessional managers, such as her, shine a horrible light on the company as a whole. I probably dodged a bullet here (especially in reading the other horrible glassdoor reviews!!).

The most basic of questions... such as "Why do you want to work for DispatchHealth?"
I had four interviews, plus a take home assignment. The recruiter reached out asking about compensation, then ghosted me. I had to follow up multiple times to get a response and it felt like a lot of my time was wasted. Others I’ve talked to in my network have had a similar experience.

Absolute chaos. If you apply from Indeed, the application does not work properly. Once you figure out a workaround, you’ll receive multiple, random update and rejection emails. There’s a problem with their system. I know the company is growing but this was beyond bad.
