I did the only application on 2/14/16 and about 20 minutes later I got an email for the web based interview. After that. I was invited to continue on in the application process and set up a phone interview for the next day. On 2/15/16, I had my interview. We started talking about my past experiences and she asked some general questions and then went into more Disney and role specific questions. After our brief interview (~15 minutes), she told me she thought I would be a better fit for attractions and I agreed. There were no positions currently available, but I am on the waitlist. This basically means they like you and you're approved and once a position becomes available, they email you and you accept the position! It's been an easy and stress free process
