The hiring and interview process were all a part of an audition. Auditions for Disney are all posted online on their website. During the audition depending how far you get will decide whether you get an interview or not. If you get through the whole audition process, you will then get interviewed.

Fairly straightforward and what I was expecting as I had done my research beforehand. The interviewers were nice and friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process.
The interview was really interactive and I got on really well with the interviewers. I’m so happy that I managed to secure my place as one of my favourite Disney Princesses! :)

Very simple phone call with HR rep, basic questions for logistics and general questions about why I want to work for the company, offered role on call after audition that went well in person
