Somewhat detailed phone interview with hiring manager. We talked about background and various past work experiences. Then was brought in front of a panel including hiring manager and future co-workers and was asked a very few questions and hired. It seemed as the process was already done but that he just wanted to meet me.

HR screen phone interview explaining job and looking for a key words, going over what they offer and salary range, etc. That was followed by one on-site interview with hiring manager and 3 other people -behavioral STAR method plus small talk
