Super easy. I walked in with my pre-printed application and asked for the head manager. After speaking with him for about 20 minutes he told me he would call me in the next couple of days. I didn’t hear anything from them so I called the manager and he asked me to come in. I filled out more paperwork and amsaid I got the job. Very easy and after 3.5 years with them now, it’s the best job I e ever had. This is a great company who truly cares for their employees. Absolutely the best!

I had a flat tire that I got fixed as an appt. I sparked a conversation and hit it off with the local manager, who referred me to a higher-volume store. That was my informal interview, and the second interview was about a week later. They were conversational interviews, and I answered too excitedly, I think. This is one of those companies I've always wanted to work for since I always get excited about the process and ownership of new traction. I checked in, but they never called me back. I was ghosted.
