The interview process was casual. Although I was an Assistant Manager when I left I started as a tire tech. The Manager asked me about my work ethic. If I was physically capable of the hard work. Then he asked personal questions. What my goals were. How I got along with my family. Was i married. Kids.
Easy interview process. Have a heartbeat and a pulse? You're Hired. Basic questions if you know anything about cars, are okay with working 12 hours a day. One on one interview with the store manager.

Really easy interview they just explain the position, first I got a call when the rep told me will be a 35000$ starting position I said ok if I have chances to grow with the company will be fine because I’m currently making double than that. After 2 interviews they offer me to start as a part time position while I’m in training at 11$ an hour. Really? It was good to learn more about the company but at the end I just wasted my time.
