I found the job on Seek and applied via email, received a phone call by the end of the day and an interview by the end of the week. My interview was one-on-one with the site manager, he asked a few questions about my experience and qualifications, then a few situational questions. The situations are a bit tricky to answer but nothing out of the ordinary. I have not received an offer yet, as the process is still ongoing (WwCC, police checks, etc.), but they are regularly in contact with me about the process and always polite, enthusiastic and informative. Regardless of the outcome I have had an excellent experience and felt valued throughout the process.
