I was told I would hear next steps one week after turning in the CSM Assessment.

The overall interview process from applying to receiving an offer took about 1.5 months. After applying, I received an email with two assessments to complete to see if I would be a good fit for the company. Once I completed the assessments and the team reviewed them, I was sent a link to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was a little over 30 minutes and I greatly enjoyed talking with Steph. She was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable during a nerve-wracking process. She asked me questions about my interest in the position, work experience, processes I currently practiced, and how they relate or differ from those at DOM. Steph is extremely knowledgeable about all things DOM and was able to answer any question I asked. After the phone interview, I had a final in-person interview at the Pittsburgh office. This interview was about 2 hours and I met with the Director of Operations, two Client Success Managers, and the president of the company. I was told I would hear back within two weeks either way and was offered the position almost exactly two weeks later.
