I applied on job board and within the same day got an email to do a 1 way video interview to answer questions about my background. They stated it would take 3-5 business days to get a response. Overall these 1 way video interviews are worthless and you don't even to get ask questions about the company, the role, day to day, and etc. My suggestion is do actual video interviews so that all candidates have the chance to also ask questions. We are interviewing you as well not just you only. Waste of time answering everything just to get a rejection email.
