Managers interviewing you are looking for a candidate who displays strong initiative and flexibility. While working here you are not required but it is a plus if you go above and beyond your station and do just a bit more than what you are required. The most important thing they want to hear in your interview is if you resonate with the restaurant's core values which is SMILE: Synergy, Modesty, Integrity, Learning, Excellence. If you can explain how you possess most of these values then you'll be in a good position to land a job.
