After applying online I was asked to come in person for an interview with the manager. I met her and it was maybe a total of 25 minutes and they offered me the job. Was straightforward and easy. The manager who interviewed me kind of came across as desperate.

I did an application online got a call from a manager a couple days later. Went in for an interview. Met with two people the same day. A couple days later I got an email with an offer.

How do you feel that you would benefit this company?
The store manager was kind and understanding. The interview was quick and easy. He was very willing to give opportunities even with little to no experience with opportunities to earn commissions and learn from others.

Entrevista
This was a four step interview process held with four different ppl. Very easy & straight to the point. Description of job was explained very well. The interview process was unusual than most interviews, but it not difficult at all.
