Completely unprofessional. I do not recommend applying to this company since their recruiting practices probably reflect their inner workings. I had 3 phone screen interviews and was only given a couple of days to prepare for each. After 3 interviews I was ghosted. This means that the company rushes through processes and does not finish them adequately.
