HR is very unprofessional and any class 5/6 student can bit his salary calculation knowledge.He doesn't know how to calculate percentage from the current CTC & expected CTC.  HR is the cover page of a company for a new candidate, if he can't prove his ability or accuracy then how can the candidate expect anything from the company.
