Everything seemed fine at first. Completed three rounds of interviews, as well as a somewhat extensive design challenge. Including prep time, multiple interviews, and the design challenge, I put about 30 hours into getting hired at this company. After I turned in the design challenge, they ghosted me. Followed up with two people to get clarity one way or the other, and got no response. Even a quick, canned rejection email would have sufficed, but they couldn’t be bothered. Not interested in working for a company that has the professionalism of a bad Tinder date.
