Five days after submitting the assessment, I received another call from HR to schedule an online interview. The interview, however, was completely unprofessional. They began without introducing themselves. I turned on my camera, assuming it was standard, but when I noticed theirs was off, I thought it was fine to turn mine off too. Apparently, it wasn’t, they asked me to turn it back on. The session felt more like a strict Q&A;A than a conversation. I tried to break the ice and asked for examples to make it more interactive, but they said the questions were clear. Immediately after the interview, I received a rejection.
