I was hired through my college career services department. I submitted an application online and was given an interview within a week. The interview was 1:1 with 3 different employees who work with various clients. They hired a large group at the time and we all found out within a few weeks.

2-stage interview process, each 1 hour with two members from Account Management, over Skype. Straightforward questions, with a focus on why I was interested in Advertising and the agency itself. I heard back within a couple weeks of having both interviews.

Really easy and fun. I sat in an office and the team rotated in to interview me. No tough questions it was mostly personality based and seeing if I'd be a good fit. The process was pretty quick and the team was great, my only complaint was that HR seemed a little unorganized
