I had three rounds of interviews: the first was the HR round (a basic round), the second was the technical round, and the third was with the head of marketing. The final round, which was supposed to be with HR, didn’t happen. All the rounds went well, but after the third round, I received an email saying that I was not selected. I feel it would have been better to reject the candidate earlier in the process rather than wasting their time.
