- Well Organized - Transparent - Efficient - 2/3 week process - Recruiter was very informative and kept in touch through the process - Every one of the interviewers came prepared for the interview. This was refreshing because I come across a number of companies that have interviewers who are lazy enough not to even look up the candidate on LinkedIn or look at their resume. To cover their laziness they start with a question (Tell me about yourself?). Anyways, at DO every interviewer had reviewed my Resume, LinkedIn and some even googled me to watch some of the presentations I had delivered at Cisco Live, AWS ReMars and CES.
