Entrevista
A streamlined process with the first round as HR screening, followed by Hiring Manager round. Once you clear these 2 rounds, you are scheduled to have 4 rounds of discussion with various team members ( this is to give you a feel about the DigitalOcean culture ) to understand if you fit in well with their culture and requirements. After this, HR reaches out to you for a round of offer discussion.

One of the best interview experiences ever, though I had 6 rounds and all were completed within 2 weeks. Everything happened over email, I received a schedule when I want to schedule the interview and it was planned accordingly. The HR team was very efficient.
