There were 6 interview sessions, however the process was quick and very pleasant. The interviewers were prepared, and each call had a specific purpose. You also have the opportunity to ask lots of questions.

The interview progress from start to end was great. It was very informative, very open and transparent and very well structured. It gave me a chance to meet the team but also to hear the feedback from management and understand the true values of DO.

Entrevista
The interview process is very common as in many organisations: hr, hiring manager, peers and manager of systems engineers. For AE role is highly recommended to have IT sales background for better understanding the cloud principles. Code experience can also be a huge plus. or at least understand on high-level how applications can be deployed. Majority of questions were built around sales process, previous experience, target achievements and EQ.
